Cheshire 100 2005Liz and Glyn completed the 100 mile cycle in 6hrs 2 mins, averaging a good 16+ miles an hour.
Feeling somewhat chuffed with their efforts they sunk two celebratory chip barms in Wythenshawe Park before cycling home!
