and the winner was Liz with 1:10:41 followed by Jo with 1:11:12, then Karen with 1:13:27 and Lynn with 1:17:34.

Fantastic effort on probably the hottest day of 2010. Jo did a sterling ride coming only 18 secs after limitless Liz. Liz worried that Jo had beaten her on the ride then ran her socks off beating Jo by a whole 2 minutes!!!
